New client · new vacancy
A manpower request form (MRF) is signed for the processing of the manpower needed by the new client.

Pooling of applicants
HR shortlists all skilled applicants (may be subject to client screening) and endorses them for completion of requirements.

Selection
Qualified applicants are endorsed for Safety and GMP orientation and trainings, in office and on-site.

Step 4
Medical, drug testing & neuropsychological assessment
Completion of 201 requirements: NBI / police clearance, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG ID numbers, birth certificate, ATM application.
